In Sankhu, women gather with yarn in their hands and stories in their hearts. Each stitch they weave carries whispers of resilience, threads of solidarity, and dreams spun together across decades. Knitting is more than craft. It is their way of supporting one another, of sharing strength, and of keeping history alive.
Watch Blu create her magic.
Subidha (Blu) is a multidisciplinary Nepali artist whose practice moves fluidly between murals, illustration, and mixed-media. Their practice explores identity, memory, and social justice, blending intimate imagery with bold political commentary. Through community-based murals and emotionally charged visual narratives, their work creates space for dialogue, collective memory, and cultural reflection.
